E-Government National Centre (EGNC) is the main agency that concentrates on IT in Civil Service, to oversee the development of IT personnel, centralize procurement of IT equipments and to provide common Government-wide applications and shared IT Services among all Ministries.
EGNC provides services by receiving public request, inquiries, complaints, & feedback from end-users thru Talian Darussalam 123 which covers:
