Public Service Commission (PSC) Recruitment System is a web-based platform which provides an online job application experience to the applicants for participating in the e-recruitment process. Jobseekers are able to create their own candidate profile and upload personal information including academic qualifications, work experiences, submit applications as well as track status of their applications online at their own convenience. The system enforces the desired governance model over the recruitment process and increases the overall operational transparency and process efficiency.
PSC provides services by receiving public request, inquiries, complaints, & feedback from end-users thru Talian Darussalam 123 which covers:
- Navigating through the PSC website
- Error regarding profile
- Error regarding uploading of files
